“I am having an awful experience with this business. I have been trying to get my CPAP Supplies sent to me for weeks now. They encounter issues with entering health insurance information and say they’ll call back but never do. Once I was told that they’d contact me after their lunch. Again, I’ve heard nothing back from them. I would expect more professionalism coming from a business working in the medical field since people rely on these supplies for their health / well being.” -

“After visit to p/u equipment, there is zero help on two questions I have had. Apparently Medigy has only two techs who can answer questions and neither one is ever available. All they care about is the sales. I'm ordering now from a different company out-of-state who deserves my business for their awesome customer service. Medigy has no Southern Hospitality or even basic customer service. I have advised my Otolaryngologist (ENT) and all my family and friends about Medigy who only cares about the money and not making sure the customer is doing well.” -

“This company held my sisters cushion for over a month. There was no communication to us about the status of the equipment. My sister is a paraplegic and the cushion that they loaned us was leaving marks on her. On 2 occasions they told us they were coming and she canceled her doctors appointment to wait and they never came. Three ornery tomes they said they were coming and just didn't. I would definitely not recommend. ” -
