“They charged over $130 for a 90 day supply of oxybutnin a medication used by nearly everyone over 80 years old. Mail order is just $5 for a 90 day supply. They do this at every elderly care facility where they are contracted. You have been warned.” -

“Acute Crae Team should NEVER be trusted with loved ones care. The owners of the company were arrested in Feb. of 2007 for Medicaid Fraud. They were found guilty of these crimes.
